Cancellations & refunds
Plans change. If you can’t make your course, the easiest option is to move to a later date. Rescheduling is free and keeps your full payment.
Reschedule first
Tell us before your first class and we’ll move you to any later start date for the same course, or put your payment toward a different course. There’s no fee. If the new course costs more, you pay the difference.
Refunds
If you’d rather cancel, refunds depend on how much notice you give before your first class:
| Notice before first class | Refund |
|---|---|
| 14 days or more | Full refund |
| 7 to 13 days | 50% refund |
| Less than 7 days | No refund, but you can still reschedule |
The same rules apply to single drop-in classes, the Casting Director Workshop and private mentorship sessions, counted from the date of the session.
How to cancel or reschedule
Email [email protected] with your name and course. Notice counts from the time we receive your email. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Payment plans
If you’re on a payment plan, refunds are based on the amount you’ve paid so far, and any remaining installments are cancelled.
After your course starts
Once the first class has taken place, we can’t refund the course. If something serious comes up, write to us and we’ll do what we can, including moving you to a later cohort.
If we cancel
If Script School cancels or reschedules a course, you can move to the new date or take a full refund.
